Return & Disputes Policy

We're closing down, and clearing all our stock. Please note that as a result, orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders to be delivered.

 

Please note that the confirmation email that you receive having placed an order with us, is not an order acceptance but an order acknowledgement.

Order acceptance shall be considered once your order has moved to the ‘Fulfilled’ or ‘Shipped’ stage, and you will receive an email with your tracking number upon acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order up until the point where a tracking number has been provided, and you have received confirmation of the same.

Items may appear in stock at the time of checkout, however, these may not be available at fulfilment. If this is the case, we will refund the original payment method.

Disputes

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you are not in receipt of it. Please check with your neighbours to see if they have signed for it on your behalf. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can obtain proof of delivery from the courier.

If an item is missing, or damaged from your package - we must be informed within 12 hours of delivery otherwise no refund/replacement will be available. Photographic evidence of the package must be supplied to us within 12 hours of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Any purchase made using our closing down discount code BYEBYE is not eligible for return or refund. No exceptions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You may return an unsealed product within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you may not return sealed products, which are unsealed after delivery except in the case with the exception of defect or lack of conformity.

If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
